It is my opinion that it has a Wonderful aspect, great community, well kept homes and friendly people. Highly priced over charges by land owners. $200 + per week for maintenance and you don't own the land. Ridiculous. Need I say more.

My mum lives there and has a very noisy neighbour and the management won't take responsibility to stop it! They moved this poor sick gentleman to this residence and instead of lobbying actively for him to be placed in a nursing home where he can be cared for, they have told my mum to ring an ambulance when he is moaning and groaning in agony! Very poor performance to the management of Betty's.

One of the most beautiful lake I've seen, and it's one of my friend's favourite spot. Do visit at dusk, if the sky's clear of clouds you can see the sunset in all it's glory.

The best decision my parents made was to sell up and buy here great community for the elderly and since my dad passed away 3 years ago my mother has been looked after by friends at the village.
