Staff park on the road making it hard for anyone renting or visitors to park in there street, they sit inside there cars or outside on the curb blocking spaces. Don’t know why this place doesn’t have a designated car park for their employees or visitors. If they do then they definitely don’t use it. Really frustrating for visitors or people who live down Ross street..

Unfortunately staff park out the front on road so no parking absolutely anywhere for families to visit. The service since they have taken over has also declined, nursing staff are no where to be found when residents call them and cooked meals for residents are the same over and over with lack in quality, taste and amount.

Links Seaside is a great community for the over 50's. With care facilities who need this at this time in their lives. There are also self managed apartments for those who are to care for themselves. Residents can feel secure in the gated community. Facilities on site include a Restaurant, with Alfresco eating as well as eating inside the restaurant. There are tennis courts, a golf course, a swimming pool for those who like to keep active. There is a hairdressers and beauty centre on site. There is a library and Zen area to enjoy some peace and quiet while you relax. Residents have a mail room to collect their mail. Some residents enjoy gardening in the community garden. There are so many facilities at Warrigal, Wollongong, there is something for everyone.

Very nice aged care facility, multiple levels great views large clean rooms. Staff are very nice and welcoming gardens on each level. Residents seemed very happy.

Visited friends here and enjoyed a meal at the restaurant in the building. Lovely place and good facilities. Food at the restaurant was good (slightly pricy) and great service.

The quality of food served to Care Residents leaves a lot to be desired. It is often served just warm, not hot, often tastes quite bland and lacking real flavour. I hear these kind of comments from someone who lives there.

Very nice setting & decor. Nursing & other health services lacking. Should be more treatment to improve Patients comfort & functioning. Needs more & more qualified staff.
