We moved here from Brisbane not really knowing what to expect, we moved in at the start of a long weekend. We hadn’t time to order the gas for cooking and hot water and expected to have to find somewhere to get a hot shower. Next thing we knew we were lent a bottle and had help hooking it up. Thanks to all involved in doing that. The community here is welcoming and wonderful and we appreciate how lucky we are to find such a wonderful location and wonderful people

We love our new home. It is just what we needed, suits our needs. John Adams has been informative and respectful right from our first meeting. We have lovely neighbours and everyone we have met have been friendly. We haven't participated in any of the social activities as yet but plan to do so once we get everything done.

Everyone is very friendly & helpful. The only drawback is the office hours which closes at 1 pm. It would be a lot more suitable if office hours were 9–5pm, 5 days/week.

I first dealt with Chris, who was so kind and informative, then John took over Chris’s position. John has been so kind, helpful and generous, and is always available if I’ve had any questions. The whole process of purchasing my beautiful new home has been extremely smooth, and I’m so pleased to be living here.

We had a fabulous experience purchasing our new land lease home in woolgoolga. Chris was easy to deal with and the sale went through quickly without any problems. I would highly recommend going through hometown land lease to buy a property in the over 50s community
