Nice over 50 lifestyle ,but the mosquitos are shocking because of the ( what the locals call the lagoon) that surrounds the complex ,it's a bloody swamp .The complex is located in easy access to everything.

Mel from Grevillea waters Yamba has been a cheerful smart lovely human to deal with from start to finish while selling my home . I have no regrets at all . I will miss living here as I love the location and the people around me but need to go be with the kids . Thank you Mel you are a superstar ⭐️
