Service is disgusting, the way they treat their residence and have no care is appalling. The place may look nice but, is not safe or somewhere you want your loved ones. I times the staff for how long it would take for them to get to the room and they never even arrived. I think it’s safe to say I am livid. Rogers

Very caring and helpful staff. Nothing seems to be a problem for the staff and are very happy to assist.

Both my parents have been here Although its probably one of the original aged care facilities on the Coast Im very impressed Staff genuinely care go above and beyond Although food is not cooked on site it seems to be very exceptable Very happy with the staff and there compassion
