Recently visited this place what a joke this place is disgusting and they expect you to pay fees for this place that is so unkept. What a shame that they can’t maintain. Don’t recommend to buy here

I recently had the pleasure to work with the newly appointed Manager at Regal Waters, Bethania who assisted in the sale of my Mother's home. I was very impressed to find that Jason, who is the reasonably newly appointed Community Manager was so engaged with both the buyer and the seller providing a seamless transition in the sale process, supporting both parties and was able to answer any questions in a timely manner. The Regal Waters Community now has a Community Manager that is committed to creating an excellent place to retire . Thank you Jason.

Unfortunately we have not received communication from anyone in Hometown after many requests resulting in my 85 year old mother being homeless. There is still opportunity for the matter to be easily resolved if someone who knows the Qld law would communicate with our family or lawyer to allow settlement of her home. Please support an elderly single, 17 year resident to move to supported living to enjoy the last years of her life. Show us you have compassion and care for the elderly by working with us to resolve this matter asap.
