The process of purchasing a new home can be daunting and fraut with issues that can take the shine off what should otherwise be a wonderful stage of life. However the experience for me was first class from start to finish. My first impression of Edgewater is one I still hold today. I feel safe, happy and the sense of community is all around. The community is beautifully maintained and well managed. This is the best decision I could have made.

People very friendly and management very helpful . My new residence is great . I have 3 regular little visitors Who sometimes are sitting outside sliding door waiting to come in .

I wasn’t sure how I would like it , BUT I love it here the first 3 yrs it was my husband @nd myself then unfortunately he be came unwell. So I stayed in the unit for 1 more year. I feel so safe and happy hear I sold and rebought in the same complex.
