Just moved in. Cannot recommend highly enough. Everyone is very friendly, plenty of things to do. Immaculately kept. Andrew the manager is brilliant, professional and nothing is too much. My husband and Doggos are very happy.

My husband and I have lived in the village since Dec 2023 with our dog Nancy. We are very happy here - lovely units in beautiful surroundings, with a dog park for your dog to enjoy. There are rules to follow, but they are just common sense: with some residents using walkers or mobility scooters, the speed limit in the village is 10km. The village rules (which are not very many), have the residents' safety and privacy in mind. We enjoy many social activities in our Hub: sausage sizzles, craft group, pool and snooker games as well as darts. Coffee and chat afternoons, line dancing, bingo..... the list goes on and on. Many of the activities are free, and if there is a charge, it is usually $1. Our manager Andrew is a gem. He is professional, organised, friendly and a great manager. We have made some wonderful friends here and plan to stay here for the forseeable future.

I saw this facility on the downsizing website. Rather than ring, I like to go places where I may be living, to get a feeling of the environment. Whilst there seeing if there was any rentals, we had a look around. This facility was absolutely beautiful. The grounds were well looked after & the size of the place, somebody has been working hard. Most of the units were new & a good liveable size. Unfortunately for us there was no rentals available & 300+ on the wait list. This amazing facility boasted exactly why there is that many waiting to move there.

This is an independent Retirement Village, and/but you should be able to defend and protect yourself in any way if you are considering to live here. Yes it is a cosy, clean place to live to but the problem here is the behaviour of people living in this village (disrespectful and arrogant are the words), as well as Residents clashing and bitching each other, I have lived in this village for more than 4 years now and I have seen them all, I live here together with my Husband, there are lots of Rules to be followed here as a resident but sometimes those Rules are mistakenly disregard by some Residents but not intentionally. Last year my Husband was been swore at for asking a simple question about the hedging and secondly this February his short trip to the shed has cost him big time as he was badly punched on the face, (he was retired and decided to live here as he said to me that it was safe and he doesn't need to do the mowing because he had Quadruple bypass not long ago and had a hip replacement as well), and he is trying to minimize his chores if I'm away at work. There are Residents who live here who will dubbed you if ever you disregard a Rule, it is like an Australian Survivor that Residents will build their own Alliance and if you are not in into that Alliance you will never get a support and would not stand a second chance.

Just rang Eureka in Ipswich area. Spoke to a woman named Debbie. I was spoken to like I was a child. Her whole demeanour was sharp and very condescending. I was making an inquiry and if that's how they speak to someone making a genuine inquiry, I would hate to think how they speak to the people who are already living there. Very upset 😡
