I just wanted to express my gratitude to Jamie M and the team for the professional and swift way in which they handled the sale of my mother's villa at Samford Grove. The communication throughout the process was excellent as I was updated consistently - I never felt I had to 'chase anything up' at any point. The sale result was better than expected and the settlement was quick and seamless. Under trying personal circumstances, this could have been very difficult to navigate...but it couldn't have gone smoother. Thanks Jamie, your efforts were very much appreciated. Best Andrew

Over 12 months ago my husband and I visited Esperance Hope Island one of the Villages, we met with Jamie Martin who warmly and professionally greeted us and eventually sold us our new home. We have been delighted with the entire Management team, especially their willingness to help at all times, the friendliness of the residents and all the amenities and activities of Esperance. I would highly recommend any Resident Village if you are ready to move to Independant living in a retirement Village. It is a new lifestyle but so easy to embrace.

Reside Communities' Fairway Carindale - way beyond our expectations! My wife and I have now been here for one year and couldn't be happier! Before committing, we undertook extensive research and established that Fairway Carindale won hands down on location, fees, and facilities. The adjoining amenities block is currently being constructed and will incorporate a gymnasium and swimming pool in addition to other facilities. We already have a billiard room, library and cinema. The adjoining Pacific Golf Club provides a 7-day modern restaurant and offers Fairway Residents a Discount. The Management and Staff here are exceptional and go above and beyond to ensure the comfort and wellbeing of their residents. We have also been pleasantly surprised with the friendliness of our fellow residents and enjoy chatting with them during Friday evening's Happy Hour. So, what is there not to love about retiring to Fairway Carindale?!

My wife and I moved into this Reside village (Fairway)a little over 12 months ago and it has been a pleasure to be here. We were hoping to be able to feel part of a larger family, to build friendships, socialize, to feel safe and this has happened. This is now Home and our own family are more than happy for us. We were also searching for somewhere new and modern with additional facilities and this could not have suited us better. What else we are most thankful for were wonderful caring staff assisting and looking after our interests or any difficulties that we may face on service each day. We have been blessed to reach retirement age and are very thankful to have been guided here. We would definitely recommend Reside for anyone considering a retirement village

My name is Judy, and I've been at Brookland Village Robertson since September 2024. I needed affordable accommodation close to hospitals, shops, public transport entertainment, family and a safe environment. After searching, Reside offered the best plan, and I was fortunate to purchase the last one-bedroom unit in the Waratah building. My family is happy I'm in a safe and pleasant environment. The community here is positive, friendly, warm, and welcoming. I've learned new skills like Kelly Pool, Indoor Lawn Bowls, Bingo, Canasta, Mahjongg, and participated in many exercise groups and social activities. My favorite time is Happy Hour on Friday nights when residents share stories. Reside has an excellent staff led by Leilani who assists with all residents' needs. I especially want to thank Jamie Martin, who encouraged me to consider Brookland Village. His words were, it is only only 20 minutes on the motorway." Thank you Jamie

I recently went through the process of exploring several retirement communities, and after considering my options, I decided on a Reside Community. Out of all the places I visited, Reside stood out for having the fairest and most flexible options tailored to my specific needs. Since moving in, my experience has been nothing short of positive. The community is warm and welcoming, and I’ve found it to be a great fit. The facilities are well-maintained, and there’s a nice balance of independence with the peace of mind that help is available if needed. Overall, I’m really happy with my choice and feel comfortable knowing I’m in a place where I can truly enjoy my retirement. I would definitely recommend Reside to anyone looking for a supportive and thoughtful retirement community.

I wish to warn anyone thinking of buying into this retirement village to be aware. We have moved out after 3 months because of several issues, none are of our doing, and we are going to lose more than $40,000 in that short time. It has got to the stage where we can't believe anything they tell us. It has been extremely disappointing and upsetting. Our mental health and physical wellbeing has been affected while we struggle to find places to live as we wait to get paid for our unit.
