I have lived here for almost 16 years and the Village continues to thrive. An active residents committee enhances the community life with an ongoing calendar of activities that all run smoothly with volunteers. The gardeners keep us neat and tidy, the resort-style pool is beautifully maintained, and the spacious community hall is well used for many social occasions. Then there is the library, the yoga, the pool competition, bus trips, Happy Hour…… On site managers are friendly and approachable and in all honesty it’s a pretty good to place to be living.

Nice village, good community feel, beautiful pool & community hall. Few problems with maintenance issues in houses, gutters not large enough so get lots of leaks & flooding outside.

I'm happy to be living at IRT The Palms. It's a friendly environment with an active social committee which results in many activities being available. We seem to have more space around us than other villages I've visited. Our on-site team are approachable and do a great job but I would like to see more presence and availability of upper level management. An ongoing problem is lack of visitor/service parking, often making it difficult for aged care service providers, who are on a tight schedule, to find suitable parking spaces.
