Just moved in after a traumatic few weeks and warmly welcomed by management staff with a HUGE welcome pack ! Kind neighbours popped around to introduce themselves, exchanged phone numbers *if I needed help* and so grateful to the friendly maintenance man who zoomed around with his tool box to even tune in my new tv for me ! TICK, TICK and TICK again ! I now know that I have made a good move !

I'm a happy contented resident & I wanted to give a thumbs up to Alex & his maintenance staff especially Tom (builder who did repairs at my unit). Tom did such a good job & went the extra mile to facilitate a repair at my unit. Keep up the good work.

This village set in a rainforest in the heart of the city and 2 minutes from the beach is the perfect location. Wildlife, lakes, fountains and lovely gardens with individual residences full of character. A happy community where residents and staff friendship, kindness and laughter are dominant. Once the promised swimming pool heating is installed I will happily add another star. We have been here 5 months and couldn’t be happier.
