I am writing to say that i have done paper reviews for the staff in June & heard nothing back & also did other reviews in December & i did it by scanning the qr code & asked for replies & have heard nothing back & have also asked some staff members & they have heard nothing either.

Staff is not good at caring for residents, billing is a complete joke. Trying to sort out billing issues is a game of hot potato. Not somewhere I will be sending any other members of family.

Appalling staff training and duty of care by some staff in assisted care. Basic procedures not followed causing dramatic increase of stress and trauma in my father's health . Strongly suggest concerning all options.

My Mum is in the assisted living units, she is safe, happy and well cared for

The staff there are very good. And the hole complex is very well maintained.
