We are invited there as a Probus group for card playing once a month. The area is absolutely beautiful, well equipped, clean tidy and fresh. Thank you Ingenia Lifestyle for your wonderful hospitality.

The worst complex I’ve viewed, the houses are just boxes, no style, cramped in like pancakes, such tiny driveways, can’t park your car on them or your visitors cars, very few visitor spots to park! The two pools are so tiny, like a normal backyard pool for a family not a resort! The gate is left open all day for anyone to drive in by law as not allowed to back up traffic on chambers flat rd. The 4 storey high Muslim international school is across the road and a big public mega school in Derby st, a disability school and st Philamean in Koplick Rd where side gate enters, all prepto grade 12. Hoon city down that road, insane traffic, more tiny block affordable housing to come. Old caravan park in front is now the rental ingenia but it’s more like drug dealers haven and constant police there, crime is riot. Lacks green space and nice landscapes except waterway covert in the middle that could flood? Worst designed resort I’ve viewed and nothing appealed! Shocked at the slopes on some driveways and paths to front houses that looked like ankle breaker slopes for people without weak bones and can’t believe these concrete fall hazards are even legal for a complex aimed for aged? Money better spent elsewhere for sure.

As a visitor, I felt it's a good setup for retired people with all facilities within the complex.
