Carefully check the "Aging in place" and access to the Palm Lake Care Aged Care facility claims, including respite Care availability. Also check the "embedded network" system for Power Supply and costs to the Resort it requires some serious review and understanding prior to signing a contract. The Aged care Facility is currently under review by the Aged Care Commission, failed 21 of 42 standards in July 2025 and still has not improved. Care is not good if you are thinking of putting an elderly loved one this facility - DON'T. Do your research it will take a very long time to get back to compliance and actually provide good care.
