My grandmother was staying here and I couldn’t rate the nursing staff higher with helping with me helping moving out her stuff but the reception was beyond rude .After I said my father would be in later to sign and I left a few things she rolled her eyes and asked if there anything else like I was listing out a list of demands not that I told her something simple I highly recommended you look into this lady as the staff knew my grandmother had passed within the last 24 hour and she was beyond the wicked witch of the west please investigate because if she treats anyone like this I’d hope shed be fired other staff were lovely

Never felt like my mother in law was valued at Milford Grange especially by the admin staff. After her passing this week, the Residential Manager didn't even meet with us. It was like she never existed there. The Nursing & Care staff were good to Mum, however we felt very let down by the administration. I wouldn't recommend this Nursing Home to anyone I know. If we had a choice of service for Mum, we definitely wouldn't choose Milford Grange.

Prior to knee replacement surgery, I sought temporary house cleaning assistance from Bolton Clarke. Three weeks prior to surgery they provided a cleaner who failed minimum cleaning service. He spent the majority of allocated time in my bathroom which only required minimal cleaning. . On the morning of the scheduled date, I noticed a moth in the bath, which was still there after his departure. And there was dust under the bed, which I found difficult to vacuum. The following two weeks I was advised by Admin they did not have anyone available to provide the cleaning service . So I cancelled my application for assistance. I would not seek assistance from Bolton Clarke in future. Unreliable and incompetent. I am 78 years of age, and thought my request for assistance was reasonable.

I recommend this home the staff are wonderful looked after my husband for seven months the food plenty of plus variety rooms kept lovely and clean staff very abiding and friendly it became like a big family with residents and staff and family of residents thank you for the care you gave Graham really appreciate it

Being relatives of a Parent/Loved One, who lived in high care but considered Essex her home full of her extended Family, from cleaners, Chefs, Care Providers, Doctors, RNs, Social Activity Organisers, High Tea Organisers, Administration Staff, Hairdressing, All Health Providers, Residents, Visiting Schools, Entertainers, Outings to name some of the many positives we were involved in and witnessed first hand. Anything we were not in agreeance with was dealt with in privacy and such Professional mmanner of which was quickly resolved. The Care Workers always went out of their way to put smiles on the Residents faces, as did the Volunteers. Over the years we saw just how trying it could be on the staff and yet not a St Patricks, Valentine, ANZAC, Easter or Chrisrmas Day as well as many other days were always celebrated. Bolton Clarke Milford Grange, Ipswich will be our goto place when the time approaches. Thank you all so very much for the dignity, respect,care and love given to Alma, Mum that made her final years so happy and full of fun.
