I recently purchased a home and had a really positive experience throughout the entire process. Fiona was excellent to deal with, very communicative, knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions, which made a big difference. The whole process was relatively quick and easy to follow, and it was great that everything could be completed without the need for lawyers, which simplified things considerably. I’ve settled in well over the past week and am really enjoying the new home. I’d also like to mention Wendy, the community manager, who was extremely helpful in providing all the information I needed to get everything set up smoothly. Overall, a straightforward and well-supported experience from start to finish.

Love my house which is why we chose this design and location..Wendy has proven to be helpful and professional. Our fellow residents are also very friendly, helpful and a lot of fun.

We've just moved to the springs and we're so happy here, fiona and Wendy were fantastic and extremely helpful. It's such a comfortable lifestyle here and so glad we made the move

We are very pleased with our new 3 bed home. I find that the finishing touches are excellent and the appliances are great. The little dishwasher is amazing and is fine for the both of us. The oven and cook top are great. All in all very please so far with the move to this Village, only been 3 days but first impressions say a lot. Well done Hometown.

I have recently moved to The Springs and am very happy here, along with being made to feel very welcome. I found both Fiona and Wendy to be very professional and extremely helpful navigating the many forms required for my purchase and move into this Lifestyle Community.
