Very caring staff, they always attend to my Mum when she calls and are understanding of her pain levels and her need for the occasional hug and sit and chat. We had her in a fancy and newer facility in the same town which did not do these things. I don't blame the staff at the other facility but suspect (from observation) that those in charge kept them under the pump and did not want them 'wasting time' with their residents. Sooooo glad we took her to Maryborough Chelsea. She feels cared for, valued and respected. A fantastic facility- although not super fancy like the other one - and Mum has settled in well, All staff (admin, carers, nurses and ancillary) are truly amazing and a real credit to the home. It's such a relief for her and us after our last experience. Well done Chelsea!!
