We moved to Noyea Riverside 3 years ago and thoroughly recommend it. It is a wonderful place to live, beautiful greenery and river views from the clubhouse make Noyea a stand out retirement village. The staff and management team are all very helpful and friendly too.

Fantastic community, loads of social activities including Happy Hour 3 times a week. Enjoy the colourful gardens & grounds while walking by the River. Easy access to Mt Warren Golf Course

Beautiful river setting with very well maintained gardens and lots of space. Active residents committee who enjoy living life. Great facilities including all the usual you would expect, even an off leash dog park. Darren the village manager is very approachable and efficient.

BEWARE!!! The exit fees and charges to sell your unit are horrendous!! BEWARE!!!! The management of Noyea Park will place a mortgage over your free hold unit. You are forced to sell your unit though their agent or incur a double commission.!! You pay for their legal charges to sell as well as your own. When purchasing the unit advised that exit fees were 3 percent of the sale price. The exit fee after the sale was 25 percent?? After 6 - 10 years the exit fees to sell your unit may cost you upwards of $60,000 to $100,000 BEWARE!! Update. The exit fees have now been capped at 35 % ??
