My mother spent 14 days in respite care and the staff are lovely, helpful, caring and very professional.

Needing respite care for over 9 weeks a number of years ago, Ballycara at Scarborough was the only care facility that I could find that would look after mum for that time. Every year after that mum returned for respite. Three years ago while in respite mum was moved to a permanent room. I cannot express my thanks for the staff enough. Mum was treated with dignity and care and loved many of the staff. Sadly Mum passed away 15 December last year. We were invited to a memorial service for those who passed last year on the 15 this month. We will be honored to attend. I’ve actually missed everyone. Thank you all so much for your love for my mum during her time with you all. Highly recommend.

I have been a Local Guide for about nine years. This post is the most important I wish to share. About 18 months ago I had fall my right leg just dropped me down with no warning. On June 26 this year I signed with BallyCara for home assistance and I can honestly say the wonderful Assistance Ladies who have visited me have turned my life from sadness to positivity. BallyCara have a large group of trained ladies that give you courage to overcome any problems you have encountered. There must be other people such as myself who need assistance ladies who are all friendly and considerate. If Only the world had the same attitude it would be a better place to live in! Visit the Wellness centre. Very experienced excercise physiologists, friendly staff & good ☕ coffee.
