FOUR times I have contacted this company with what is a minor issue. The girl who answers the phone tells me I haven't got reception, yet I call the number they advertise for enquires. Each time I'm transferred to "reception" apparently, I get an answering machine, to which I leave a very specific message with my contact details. NEVER had any of my FOUR calls returned. To me that's evading and to me also would be a huge RED FLAG for anyone thinking of doing business with them. I would now avoid them at any cost, because after service with a house build is just as important as the finished home.
