Dad has been at St Andrew’s for nearly four years. We cannot fault the level of care he receives. We live 3 hours away and when we need help doing things for him the staff are always great. From the nurses organising specialist appointments and the paperwork involved to the Administrative Staff printing off documents and sending them back to us. Nothing is ever a problem. As the family contacts we are always kept up to date with what’s happening in the centre and we know the Nursing staff will always call if they have concerns about Dad. Years ago during covid outbreaks the communication was amazing. We could not be happier with the level of care he receives and as immediate family who live away from him, we are very grateful knowing he is being well cared for. Thank you to all the staff at St Andrew’s Lutheran Aged Care, Tallebudgera. 🙏🙏🙏
