Community Manager Dylan Minter is extraordinarily helpful. What could have been a stressful move, he made easy for me. And the community here has been welcoming and helpful. My new home is exactly what I was hoping it would be.

This used to be a good community until Hometown took over. Plus management are always making too many changes which don’t agree to safety of residents

Other than a minor issue with Gas compliance. Purchasing a home with Hometown has been fantastic. A minimal deposit, no entry exit fees full capital gains when selling. No body corp. site fees are very reasonable. The amenities are adequate. Swimming pool. Bowling green, community hall and men’s shed. Grounds are lovely and neat. People are very friendly and welcoming. I have a sister already living there. And another keen to join us. Close to shops and water.
