My Father just passed away and was treated with care and respect there.

Very rude experience from here. Nurses are lovely but sadly the gent at the desk when enquiring was very rude and arrogant. Have asked for management to call, an still waiting. Alot of falls were reported also sadly. My family said meals were nice and friendly orderlies and ckeaning staff. Sugest to look elsewhere first though.

Given a contacts name (Brett)and left mine for him to call about a placement.... no response. Called him a week later and said they were in covid lockdown... obviously the phones were locked down also. If that is the best they can do they obviously dont care. So I will avoid them.

Very nice environment, with amazingly kind staff. Please be reminded that higher level surgical masks might be required at certain areas (will be provided).
