Very overpriced for what you get... Let residents sit in their rooms all day, don't take them out of the grounds... What about do what others do and take them out for lunches/ morning tea out at the parks/ picnic Point like others do... Do something other than just check if they're breathing twice a day.. You would expect this if it was public not Private !!
