We’ve lived here for a year and couldn’t be happier - the best move we ever made! We like the fact that it’s a small community, located in a quiet spot on the Coomera river yet with all amenities close by. Watch out for some of the other reviews on this site - one is about Victoria Point (not a review of this location!) while another says the place is looking tired, but it’s a resort that isn’t even completed yet (everything is new or almost new), so they are probably also talking about somewhere else. 😀

This is about the Victoria Point Seachange. I live within a kilometre of the development, and pass it daily, but despite many on-line enquiries have yet to receive any information. Judging by progress to date - earthworks still under way - I know it's a long way from completion, but some info and updates would be appreciated. May 16th LATER EDIT - the young lady rep, Ramona, hosting the Bunker Road, Victoria Point showroom for the new Sanctuary village was exceptionally pleasant, had all details at her fingertips, and it was pleasure dealing with her.
