My wife and I were interested in moving into an over 50’s resort, we looked at many resorts from the Gold Coast to North of Brisbane, all were well presented, sadly the traffic to every resort was horrendous. Then we found Ingenia at Victoria Point!!!! The sales staff here are genuine beautiful people and helped us throughout the entire sales process nothing more than 10 out of 10. We found the house that suited our budget, maybe a bit more than expected but totally happy with our amazing new home. We have lived here now for over 6 months and love the community spirit and genuine friendships we have and continue to make. My wife and i play golf and with RBGC being very close it is awesome, we are looking forward to the club house, swimming pool and indoor golf simulator being opened. We love this place the people in it and the surrounding area, hope to see you here, Shane and Sally. PS, it is a short drive to everything with even a bus stop at the entrance 👍

Absolutely stunning homes and village with professional and friendly staff. Every detail has been thought through carefully and the experience of Ingenia is evident. Highly recommend.

Where do the developers get the idea that Seachange Victoria Point is "in the heart of Victoria Point?" It's not - the heart of VP is at least three (3) kilometres further north where the two major shopping centres are, on each side of the main highway there. Nearest shops to the new resort will be in Redland Bay, about 2km south. Misleading, untrue, unhelpful.
