I have both parents in here. As far as nursing homes go it is a nice relaxed place. Staff are quite good some better than others . But overall residents and staff are quite happy and friendly, easy to talk to and willing to discuss care It isnt a modern facility but has a lovely relaxed feel with the buildings separated by lovely gardens and the surrounding forest. My mother who fought going here is now the most social and active she has been for years.

The staff are excellent and very attentive to the residents' needs. The facility is set on beautiful and peaceful land and everything works well. The staff and carers are amazing, not to mention the wonderful assistance the admin staff have given. So thankful that i got an place for my elderly parent there.

As you can understand having a family member enter a care home is daunting. It has so many emotions attached but we were so happy to have mother go to Trinder Park. It literally has everything. From the painting sessions, trivia and bus trips etc. So much to do. The food is amazing and having a choice is really good. Dining rooms are great and the staff have been so caring and they advise anytime mother has had a problem. It really is a good place. Don't worry your loved one will be taken care of which takes that added stress off us.

Always hearing such wonderful things about Trinder Park. Leah’s communication is amazing and she is always willing to answer any questions that potential residents and their families may have. This is a facility that provides quality care!

My mum recently moved in to Trinder Park Nursing Home. It has a wonderful setting surrounded by trees and wildlife. It may not be as flash as some 5 star homes (in terms of fixtures, fittings and furniture) but it is 5 star when it comes to staff, from cleaners to administration, nursing home staff and volunteers. A lot of staff have been there for many years. They are compassionate and caring. The Cafe is great too..always a nice outing for mum. My dad spent his last years at TP as well and both parents used the Allied Health Services prior to becoming TP residents. Happy to recommend.

Our family couldn't be more impressed with the level of dedication and compassion displayed by the staff towards my father in law at Trinder Park. The staff have not only met but exceeded our expectations. Their commitment to my father in law well-being and comfort is evident in every interaction. They treat him with the utmost respect and kindness, making him feel at home. The facility itself is well-maintained, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's evident that a lot of thought goes into ensuring the comfort and happiness of the residents. Communication with the staff has been seamless, and they are always willing to address any concerns promptly. Their commitment to transparency and the well-being of their residents is truly commendable ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had a bit of a hiccup today when visiting a family member whose just been moved in. The fridge in the room was absolutely disgusting, had mould in the juice bottle, old food & drink that was dated back from December last year still in the fridge, I know it's up to the cleaners to clean, but nurse & staff should also check before placing the person in the room. One staff member seemed annoyed when I told her, I understand it was lunch time, I said not to rush, just as long as it was a done before I left, she said she will come as soon as lunch handing out was over, I said that was fine.. I waited, she didn't return. I went out and found another nurse, whom was absolutely lovely, she came in straight away and cleaned it all. Please keep an eye out on this, as this is unacceptable, I just hope no one is to get sick from accidentally eating or drinking something they shouldn't.

A group of us went there for morning tea in the cafe. Apparently someone had forewarned them about a group coming but it wasn't passed on. The volunteer staff member did a wonderful job and did well. Not everything on the menu was available unfortunately. The food was lovely as was the coffee. We looked in the op shop but it's basically one small rack of clothes. The staff in the office were friendly and helpful. A very large place with lots of seniors accommodation
