Alot of money wasted on replacement of perfectly good existing furniture. New entrance is not gopher friendly. Could have been designed with easier access.

The caretaker of this Ech building uses blower around 8AM in the morning. He puts earplug on. So he take care of his ear. But he doesn't care his neighbors. This noise makes us waking up.
