We are generally happy with the home itself however, the finishing off of the yard was very disappointing. (Gravel instead of pavers and poor quality mulch) We have had a Hometown home before and the finishing off in the back yard was much better. I would be happy to discuss this in detail should you wish to do so.

Beautifully finished and spacious modern homes. As the resort is maturing one gets the feeling of living in a secure and somewhat well planned environment. I moved here on the 15/01/26 virtually at the start of the development and love living a laid back lifestyle in Goolwa but having major amenities only a few minutes drive away in Victor Harbor is a definite plus. This area has so much to offer.

A few minor details in the house not being finished off well. Biggest problem is goods and services unable to find our address and so deliveries are not getting to us. I feel this should have been sorted out before people moved in.

Beautiful modern practical homes with many interesting gardens and sculptures. If you are looking for a community for support and variety then certainly worth considering when looking for a "Seachange" sorry could not help it.
