I have given a 5 star rating to Aveo Haven for welcoming my Husband and myself to such a beautiful Retirement Village Although my beautiful man only enjoyed just three weeks here because of health issues nothing was too much trouble for the Staff Outstanding friendship with the Residents of the village and compassion Hugs when needed nothing is too much trouble when you need a friend Yvonne♥️

I give 2 stars - but note that this does not relate to the staff who attend to the residents, my grandmother always said they are kind and helpful, so they would get 5 stars. It's a lovely environment. However, the 2 stars is for the sales side - my grandmother paid $85,000 for her room. She was there for only 5 years, if that, when her room at AVEO had to be sold due to moving to full time care nursing home - AVEO gave her back not even $14,000! A fine example of taking advantage of the elderly. Shop around as that payback price is utterly absurd.
