Stay there 1 night as MRU. I was greatful for being put up for the night instead of being in hospitsl.Not impressed room very cold. Bathroom clean but very hard to negotiate with a walker. Amenities poor no tissues,kettle,extra blankets,pillows. Thought l was sleeping on the floor bed very low,mattress new but very soft. Told not to use alarm button. What could l say about the food leaves alot to be desired. I wasn't even asked for identification or if needed after medical procedure. They say first impressions leave a lasting impression. This place did.

my overnight stay was what I expected with the staff very helpful including Roxy . Once we got the air con setup correctly the room was very warm. Bathroom was small but spotlessly clean and shower was very soothing. Meals were nice and generous especially the breakfast. The residents were very nice as well

I had a lovely respite stay at Ashley Court North Brighton – Auscare. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a warm smile and genuine kindness. The staff made me feel safe, comfortable, and truly cared for. The room was clean and peaceful, and I had a great night’s rest. Their warmth and compassion meant so much to me. “Showing love is growing love.” Thank you all so very much!

Awful.dreadful 1 chair, a recliner that didn't work. Not enough covers on the bed and it was freezing, dinner consists of mash potatoes, peas, corn, nothing else. There was not even a little table, nothing too put your water on. Yes it was an overnight stay and I am. Grateful, but this was just shocking and I mean shocking. The cold wow,. I am grateful to of stayed over night but was told not to.ring the bell.after 8 p.m,. Be aware

Ive been attending a client @ Ashley Court weekly for over 6months. The village is well presented, The staff are absolutely awsome, The self contained units are beautiful. The people who are lucky enough to call Ashley Court home are amazing too. Not to mention it's in a fantastic location. Great atmosphere, its like a gigantic family.
