Very unprofessional, staff over worked , cultural issues , poor management residents neglected , this place needs to be shut down , meals are served cold

Although a very emotional visit for me, this is a beautiful Aged Care Facility. Very health conscious in looking after their residents, saw everyone being required to do a CoVid RAT, mask up & electronically register (help was available from friendly nursing staff during the week & volunteers on weekends). A very small disruption for the safety of residents, staff & other visitors. My family member's room was lovely. Extremely spacious but also cosy & a beautiful large window over-looking a huge camellia tree, gardens & sheep grazing in a nearby paddock. Couldn't ask for much more........

Excellent care facility, with beautiful maintained gardens. Wonderful, friendly, hard working staff. It's lovely to see the residents smiling and joking with the staff who seem to know all of the residents by name. Excellent food also. Definitely recommend this facility.

Have a friend living in, and she is well catered for, and is content. Very nice internally and lovely external surroundings, and well kept. Greg

What a beautiful garden and place to live out yr last days on this earth.. The staff are super efficient and couteous and very friendly.. Couldn't fault them at all. The rooms are spacious and well presented

My parents live at Glenara Lakes. The facility is very well maintained, clean and picturesque. There are walking tracks, small lakes with lots of birdlife, and room for residents to have a vegetable garden. Assuming my parent's house is typical, the houses are spacious, and designed to accommodate people who use walkers, rollators, wheelchairs or electric scooters. Entry to most houses is level. No steps. This is how a retirement village should be.
