Aveo Concierge Balwyn is situated in Balwyn adjoining Maradona Gardens and Beckett Park. Residents enjoy daily walks in the garden and the lovely scenery. In (17) seventeen as a Resident of Concierge Balwyn l have enjoyed the lifestyle of living immensely. The Management and Staff are always most helpful and accommodating assisting residents with their needs and issues and care if needed. AVEO MISSION STATEMENT IS:: CARE KINDNESS AND RESPECT. Concierge Balwyn provides many activities, bus outings ,music appreciation, happy hour etc. Also we have a dining room 24/7 and room service if required. So no more cooking cleaning up, so COME AND ENJOY. WE have a Residents Committee also a Social Committee . Many social functions are held during the year always well attended and most enjoyable. Over the years Aveo have maintained the refurbishing and the up keep of their Villages to give it a very homely and warm atmosphere. It is a very big decision to move to a Village BUT it is advisable not to leave it too late. In the many years of my retirement village lifestyle, one makes many friends and able to travel also live Independently with care if required. New Residents are always greeted with a very warm welcome by Management, staff and Residents. So please join us and ENJOY.
