My mum, Maggie wanted to do a review on the Connault: I recently had cause to stay at the magnificent Connault - a beautiful and grand convalescence home in Balwyn. The grounds and apartments contained within the spacious mansion are very beautiful and substantial thought had been considered in the interior design. All the Connault staff were amazing in their efficiency in care and attention to my every need. Karen leads the wonderful nurses and staff and sets a culture that the well-being of the residents is at the highest level.I hope that Renata understands the large contribution and level of care she gave to me, especially made more challenging due to the COVID lockdown. Thank you Renata! I, therefore have no hesitation in highly recommending the Connault for anyone recovering from an illness or simply needing time out from their busy lives.

My mum, Bobbie, lived at the Connault for over 4 years and was very happy to call it home. The care she received from all the staff was wonderful and she was always treated with the utmost respect. Nothing was too much trouble and she was always made to feel comfortable and enjoyed the kind and caring attention from all the staff.

Our father was living alone and not doing well after our mother past away. While he was reluctant to go to the Connault, he soon changed his views due to the staff's care and attention. He became one of their greatest fans and he commenced another chapter in his life (97yrs) and had a wonderful 7 years which would not have been if he had remained at home.

I have been extremely fortunate to have both my parents residents of The Connault. My father first moved there in 2015. He was looked after magnificently by the wonderful staff who assisted him to maintain his independence and continue his work as an author. In 2019, my mother unable to live alone, took up residence in a delightful apartment overlooking the courtyard gardens where she spends a great deal of her time. The same dedicated staff who showed such consideration and attention to my late father, now support my mother with the best possible care. It is always a pleasure to visit The Connault and enjoy the marvellous surrounds. The staff and residents have become friends over the years. My mother has a lovely new home.

It is not luxury apartment. They just pretend to be luxury. It is just normal.
