Have tried for a week to arrange an information tour of the facilities, but without success. First call I was told that the manager will phone me back, but this never happned. On the second call four day later, I was told that they cannot take any tours. Have asked what is the reason, but she refused to comment. After such a "welcoming reception" I have lost my appetite to ever visit this place.

Words cannot express how much I appreciated Sehrish and her staff at Wilani lodge for the excellent care given to my mother in the past year. To the kitchen staff, the cleaning staff, the nursing staff, and the lifestyle team I wish you continued blessings in the work that you do and the care, love, patience, consistency and reliability that you give to our older members of the community. We as a family are forever grateful!

In my Mum's last years, you people catered to her every need and treated her with care and dignity. Like I said in her eulogy, she often said the staff at Inala were angels and I think she was right.

Nice people and a very well managed .Serrish the manager always helpful and friendly. It is a safe place to retire to.
