My mum Elaine Bryant lived here from 2007-2023, she felt relaxed, happy, contented…….. But there were problems, the restaurant was very ordinary, menu didn’t change much, chef’s didn’t have any imagination in their menu choices, the fees charged are just about outrageous, which my mum was aware of. There is only personal care help, medication, meals brought to yr room in a particular section of C. Residents, where the app are smaller, and people wouldn’t probably chose in a retirement village in Brighton East. In the more ‘up market ‘ units if one requires ‘help’ it is charged to yr account, which is expensive. When my mum moved out, ( went into aged care), the exit fees charged were ridiculous, KEYTON ( who owns C. Residences), are making money for the company, not the resident!!! READ THE CONTRACT.

Easy access and parking. An impressive place and the single bedroom apartment is spacious, has a big balcony and all the amenities you need. Nice.

My mother lived here very happily for 11 years. A wonderful facility with swimming pool, cinema, gym, restaurant, coffee shop, hairdresser, library, convenience shop, beautifully maintained gardens and much more. Recently been renovated so even more luxurious. Staff couldn’t be more helpful, patient and lovely. A wonderful retirement village with all the bells and whistles where elderly people can live in comfort, go on outings and socialise in a variety of areas. Highly recommend the Classic residences in Brighton East.

This is a very interesting place. It has a shop, cafe/restaurant, cinema, pool and bowling green. It's a very social and friendly environment. I like the way the outside world can come and use the facilities. It makes aged living more "normal" if that's possible.

The best of retirement village I've been to in Melbourne. Well presented and secure in every direction. Very beautiful garden and landscape design. Easy access, roomy apartments with lots of windows and balconies. Friendly atmosphere, close to other facilities and services.

Prestigious supportive residential facility for the quality conscious, wise and experienced members of our population. This large facility provides apartment style and unit style residences with a level of care to suit your needs. There are planned activities and outings as well as on site restaurant/ cafe. The site also includes a lawn bowls green, swimming pool and gymnasium. 24 hour onsite staff.
