Lifestyle communities need to be transparent when they advertise on TV They need to tell people of all the Fees it is charged to live in that community and the loss of their home if and when one sells, $12,000 plus pa is a lot money of maintenance fees, pool, gym pool table, and a cinema room and some have a wood fire oven. WOW !!!

If you care about your elderly loved ones, please think twice before considering Lifestyle Berwick Waters. Their communication is incredibly poor, and they handle absolutely nothing with compassion. It feels like their only concern is continuing to take money from deceased residents and their grieving families, with no regard for the emotional toll. They attempted to charge us an excessive amount for small jobs and outright refused to break down the costs. When asked for proper quotes, they dodged the request, expecting us to simply take their word for it. There’s something suspicious about their pricing practices, and the lack of transparency is deeply concerning. You can spend over half a million dollars on a home here, but beware—it’s never truly yours. Do yourself and your loved ones a favour and stay far away from this place.

The Lifestyle adventure is a great place to be in your retiring years. One comment I seem to hear a lot is I WISH WE HAD VENTURED HERE TEN YEARS AGO. So don’t keep thinking about buying a property, do it today you will love the village life style, everyday there is something to do. Ohh, you can bring your pet cat to!

I live at St.Leonards Lifestyle and I think if they lifted Berwick Waters and put it at St.Leonards I'd be very happy, magnificent gardens, great clubrooms, fantastic people, beautifully designed village
