I can't speak highly enough about the care and dedication shown at this aged care facility. From the moment you walk in, there's a warm and welcoming atmosphere that truly feels like home. A special mention must go to Bridget. Her compassion, professionalism, and genuine love for what she does shines through every day. She goes above and beyond to ensure both residents and staff feel safe, supported, and valued. Whether it's taking time to have a kind word with a resident or making sure the staff has what they need to do their jobs well, Bridget always puts people first. It's clear she’s deeply committed to creating a positive and nurturing environment, and it makes all the difference. Knowing our loved ones are in such capable and caring hands gives us great peace of mind. Thank you, Bridget, and the entire team for the amazing work you do.
