A family member has lived in this oasis for a number of years. We love coming to visit because we feel like we are on vacation in a resort.
Well presented and centrally located with your own side gate to train station. Staff are very helpful and answered all questions on pricing before and after sale. And resale fees too, which you must consider. Selling your home and downsize its excellent. Leaving any inheritance might be a slim percentage, that greedy older children might not like: Tuff luck kid!

The place is well kept and the residents appear happy.
On visiting family there I noted that the pics on the display out the front were made to appear much bigger than in reality. Has small swimming pool which wasn't that clean., no cafe area in sight and residents only own the unit and pay high monthly rent for the land it sits on. Resident"s are ripped off.
