Visited Concierge Bayside and was extremely impressed! Friendly staff, lovely residents, and a really warm, welcoming vibe. The village is modern, well-kept, and feels like a great community.

I can't speak highly enough of Janelle and The Concierge Bayside experience, from the moment I walked in, was fantastic. The facility is spacious, immaculate and well maintained throughout. Hats off to the cooks - great job! Janelles team overall and the facilities and community they promote is awesome. The team was friendly and efficient, and was not only knowledgeable but also took the time to address all my questions and concerns. I left the Bayside Concierge feeling confident. If you're looking for a reputable facility with a great vibe, look no further than The Concierge.

The recently completed and extensive renovation of Aveo’s Concierge Bayside in Bluff Road Hampton East is simply stunning, combining old world charm with contemporary design and finishes rarely found in Retirement Living nowadays ! Suggest do yourself a favour and prioritise a visit at your earliest convenience ! The complimentary coffee is magnificent!

I'd like to thank everybody involved in preparation and presentation of this event. The place is very beautiful, the staff is friendly. Loved the music. Dinner was delicious. Thanks again for the very pleasant night in "Concierge"
