On first inspection, I found everything about this village first class. I will be using it for respite in the future. No doubt about it.

The staff and management are exceptional, always happy to help with a smile. The highest level of care has been provided for my mum. I couldn’t be happier and love coming in everyday to visit mum & see all the wonderful residents and staff.

Promise everything , delivered nothing . Everything was great until we moved mum in. There was only one entry key given , the entry door system doesn't work . The split system makes horrendous noise. The underfloor heating in bathroom not working. There is no drainage on the outside pavements , so if it rains the paths are covered in water . Very dangerous . No one returns mums calls . Im really disappointed . I would think about alternatives

It is an excellent village where the “it has to be good enough for Mum” ethos reins.
