I would caution anyone from having any family member being admitted to Charles Brownlow Nursing Home before they have scrutinised their history of complaints and Non-Compliance of ACQSC Standards
Fantastic village with caring staff and superb facilities. Tia and her team have been wonderful in welcoming mum, and ensuring the transition and experience are second to none. Always a sincere friendly smile from every direction. Ross Duff
Shared a coffee with a friend recently at the lovely coffee shop at the Charles Brownlow Retirement village We were able to meet a resident in an apartment and speak with residents and staff re their activity program There was an entertainer performing in one of the spacious lounges The Christmas decorations throughout the building and the decor was lovely and tastefully done Each resident said they were very happy living at the village Very friendly residents and staff and a most welcoming atmosphere

This retirement village construction is now complete It has Pickering circuit around its perimeter with already occupied Villas from 1 to 77, and a separate block of apartments for independent living. The centre is a multistory block of appartments and community facilities catering for the full range and needs of aged care at a very high standard. The Ryman Healthcare philosophy is to build and operate so it's good enough for Mum. And it is.
