We are located between the local golf course and are only eight kilometres from the Knox City, where you'll find a range of shops, restaurants and cafes. We are close to public transport including the Ferntree Gully train station.

very nice water
My senior friends have been living in this retirement living for a number of years, and their home is very roomy and comfortable. They enjoy the community, and have no complaints about the management. I attended a few occasions organised by them, held in the community hall. The facility is great, with a well stocked library, a gym, audio video lounges, an alcohol bar and a coffee bar. It is run by a committee. There is a tennis court right of the building, and at the rear of the hall is a lake. It is just picturesque, and barbecue facility is available to residents. It never dawns on me to review this place, until I was doing something similar for another retirement village. I find some reviewers totally unfair, ranking this place with 1 star, without giving any written comment, nor providing any photos as evidence to justify it. It was just before the end of last year 2019 I visited my friends a few months before Covid struck. I am very sure this place has not deteriorated so much to deserve 1 star.
I would love to retire here! Quiet, neat, filled with glamour and a positive lifestyle. Plenty of activities and resources at your fingertips
