Ingenia Lifestyle lakeside lara is an amazing community with such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. My gran absolutely loves living here — she’s made great friends and always feels included. The events and activities are fantastic and give her so much to look forward to. It’s wonderful knowing she’s happy, active, and part of such a supportive community. Highly recommend! The staff also deserve a big mention for their dedication and friendliness. They go above and beyond to create such a vibrant and inclusive environment.

A dear friend of mine has taken up this lifestyle at Lara and can’t stop raving about, the facilities, the neighbourhood, the people, the management, the localities. She’s actually especially loves how down to earth and honesty all the staff are and how approachable they, a real no humbug lot as she puts it. She’s actually got me seriously thinking about moving there hahahaha no seriously!!!

Initially downsizing to a smaller house and close community it was hard to get used to,there was a small group of senior bullies who had lived there well before us...the management back then did little to fix the problem which made living there on a weekly basis very hard....then about 12mths ago we got a new young manager who didnt put up with any of this behaviour...she addressed any problems asap and things have been so much better...zee has implimented so many new and interesting activities and functions which for the vast majority of residents has been wonderful...she goes above and beyond to make this a better and comfortable place to live...zee is a thoughtful manager and her door is always open to anyone with a problem or just a sit down chat...shes worth her weight in gold and has been a shining light to the community.

Been here almost 3 years. Great community to live in. So many facilities to use and groups to join so nobody should ever be bored or lonely. Have made many friendships along the way. Very approachable management team.

Moved here 6 months ago and love the lifestyle. No need to be lonely as plenty of activities on offer. Friendly neighbours and management. Facilities are awesome and plentiful. Very pleased to live here in such a lovely community.

We moved here 9 months ago, and we feel that it is the best decision that me have made. From when we had looked at the display homes, right through to when we moved in, we couldn't have asked for more. We were 4 hours drive away and they made everything possible for us to see our house grow. The new houses are on a concrete slab no steps was great for me. The time that we have been here has gone so fast, so much to do, keeps the mind active, great get togethers, very friendly lot of people. Neighbours are fantastic, all to help each other and socialising together. The grounds are beautifully kept, lots of plants and well looked after, very calming. Makes you feel proud living here. There is everything that you could ever want. Lawn bowls, croquet, tennis, golf simulator, gym, 2 pools with spas and sauna, gym, snooker, table tennis. There is the main hub which is called the Clubhouse with theatre and where administration is,as well as a library. The second Hub has the second pool, Sports Bar, Hairdresser and rooms for yoga, art and craft and a big entertainment area. There is bound to be something that I have forgotten, I can't think of anything that I would wish for. Management are approachable, there are rules to stick to, easy to work with. This is a Lifestyle Village, not Retirement village, no exit fees, just pay your site fees as well as your normal everyday things, Retirement Villages do have exit fees. Come and have a look, buy your new home and sit back and relax. Join us for coffee morning in Simon's Cafe and have a chat and plenty of laughs every week day. The Social Club puts on heaps of events, something for everyone. We enjoy every part of our Village. As I said, the best thing that we have done, not many houses left to buy brand new, not many pre loved houses on the market, people just love it here.
