This place is getting worse, not better. Since Deb took over management, the environment has become absurdly petty and hostile to residents. The kind of rigid, small-minded enforcement creates resentment, not community. Facilities are also declining. The hot tub spa is now barely warm, apparently because management would rather restrict comfort than provide what residents are paying for. Maintenance overall feels neglected. Meanwhile, rates continue to rise while residents receive less and less in return. The message is clear: squeeze every dollar possible and see how much inconvenience and disrespect residents will tolerate. Living here increasingly feels like living under a petty micro-manager who seems determined to ensure residents never feel relaxed or at home in their own community. If you enjoy arbitrary rules, declining facilities, and an atmosphere where comfort is treated as a privilege rather than a right, this might be the place for you. If, however, you want a well-managed community with properly maintained facilities and a genuine sense of welcome, stay far away.
