As a result of my original review here, strathallen organised a 1 on 1 meeting with my mother for my grandmother. Mum is overall happy with the review and progress made by staff in attendance today. She feels like a greater level of care has been implemented as needed. Fair to say, reviews will still need to be ongoing, and should the same issues continue I will post the issues that arise.
