We bought in here as close to family and liked the green areas. It is an older village but mostly well maintained. You have to pay rates, unlike some other villages, which I find difficult to accept as we do not own the land and pay a fee to rent it and our home as well as a large amount to buy the leasehold. Close to facilities and medical. I find most staff lovely and the cafe a plus

They have the most delightful barista - Lance who makes the best coffee ever! He also has an amazing sense humour!

Wide streets, with homes not too close together. Gardens look well maintained.
