Really loving our new lifestyle at Aviva Communities. We just adore our home and the facilities are amazing. Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming. It's really nice to feel part of a community.

Great place. Houses are amongst the best I’ve seen. Everybody is friendly. Plenty of opportunities for social events when not locked down. Facilities are terrific.

I cannot recommend AVIVA Communities highly enough! From the day we first visited until the day we moved in, they have been so accommodating and flexible. Both the staff and residents have welcomed us so warmly and it is such a lovely atmosphere to be in. They provided temporary accommodation on site whilst our home was being completed for us. Our grandchildren are welcome here and we have made use of the swimming pool, cinema and the multi purpose green (mini golf & croquet) with them so far. They love it too! We were very impressed with the standard and quality to the finishes in our home when we inspected it. Our living costs have reduced dramatically and it is nice to have an ECO friendly home with good quality appliances, the heating/cooling system is second to none.
