Beautiful multipurpose areas as well a cool library cinema room pool and modest homes all nestled into I caring community big shout out to Benny (Peter) for all your help around the house and skye one of the best staff here
Don’t fall for the marketing, it’s not cycling, swimming and tennnis, it’s walking frames and wheelchairs. It’s not independent living, the developers (Hampshire) are extending restrictions, the pool area has been closed for at least 6 months, with no sign of it reopening it’s now permanently restricted. I wonder how much money Hampshire are making by not running a pool and sauna, while we are still being charged 100% rent? Other facilities i.e the onsite hairdresser and community drinks fridge are shut down without any explanation, notice or consultation, if its not making money for Hampshire its going. Previous developers (Hallmark) paid small cash grants to the two committees, they’ve gone. Hampshire staff tell blatant lies without batting an eye - looking at you K. Even if you do manage to contact Hampshire they won’t reply, homeowners are nothing but hostages, fools and suckers to Hampshire, what makes it worse - I did it to myself, I didn’t do enough research before I signed. If Hampshire had any integrity they’d offer a buy back scheme, or, alternatively, treat us better and show us some respect ha!! ha!!… it’s only going to get worse. Business profit is one thing - corporate greed is another. You may think you can sell up and move if you don’t like it - good luck with that. Anyone want to buy a 2 bed home, price very negotiable 🤨

Not happy at avington be careful. Quality of these homes are substandard movement of floors are very bad.when you move in and you try and get something done under warranty look out for the excuses they treat you like you know nothing very bad customer relationships. Mind you people who live at avington are great very nice and friendly. Managers are very unfriendly hallmark and the new owners do not care about you only there profits.
