A warm and caring place to be. The staff go beyond to help you no matter how busy they may be. I had no idea what retirememt living would be like, but am so glad that I chose Redmond Park as my home. Anne Wilcox

We’ve been here for 15 years and have not regretted it for a moment. Redmond Park has a wonderful location, close to large green spaces and bike paths, major tram routes, health facilities, and cosmopolitan shopping and eateries of all kinds. But it’s the things you can’t see that are the cream on our cake, with a warm and vibrant community that most residents choose to interact with on a regular/routine basis. Tho Aveo management team and the staff are tuned in to our needs and this adds to the enjoyment. But if you want to stay apart from all that - as a number do - that’s okay too.

It’s a great place to live. Fantastic, friendly and helpful staff. Close to public transport options which makes it easy to get around.

Fantastic staff, great community (generated and sustained by residents!), excellent access to public transport, pleasant apartments (various sizes and floor plans). A small reasonably equipped gym, but no pool alas. Our active residents’ committee does a good job of liaising with management, plus the on-site community manager is responsive and pro-active. It has been a good choice for me.

My wife and I moved into Redmond Park in February 2024 to be near our son's family. My wife was ill at the time and sadly she passed away in December. The residents and staff have been very caring during this difficult time. Redmond Park has a great range of activities for residents, the most notable being the monthly musical recitals. Redmond Park's ocation in Princes Hill is superb.

This apartment block is a modern retirement village, with independent, self-funding residents. The building is professionally managed by retirement living specialists. Lively community. We run our own groups for various interests and many take part in local community activities. Great location in beautiful Princes Hill. Close to parks, sporting facilities, and cafes and a short tram trip to Melbourne University and RMIT, and on to the Arts Centre cultural precinct and CBD shopping and restaurants.
